"They never pick up there phone and didn’t notify me when my auto policy wasn’t renewed, as required by Florida law, I’ve been with these people for years with my auto and life insurance….. this office is becoming so terrible now…….. ended up going with progressive insurance… now paying 70$ less a month and for full coverage!! Stay away from these people! It’s insane they legally require insurance, yet penalize you for filing a claim hahaha!! Lmfao"

"Highly recommend Michele and State Farm to everyone. I have had Geico car insurance for over 20+ years and had to have a separate Progressive policy the last 4 yrs for my work van because it was cheaper than adding a 3rd car on my Geico policy. I now have 3 vehicles on one policy and upped all of my coverages and added uninsured and Michele saved me well over $600 on my 6 month policy. Referred my Mom and she is also saving almost $300.
